This place offers exceptional service delivered by the staff with friendly manners. The room was well-equipped, complete with ironing facilities, electric kettle, and a flat-screen tv. The location is great, situated in a nice quiet area, and easily accessible to public transport. The leisure indoor swimming pool and sauna are perfect for relaxation. The garden area is also lovely, providing garden furniture for guests to enjoy.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with the Pinewood shopping centre just a short walk away, offering a variety of shops and amenities. Additionally, guests can easily access the Century City restaurant strip, perfect for dining out. The train station is also conveniently close by, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions.
The housekeeping staff sometimes enters the room even when the "Do Not Disturb" sign is displayed, which can be an inconvenience for some guests.

The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants and shopping options. The spacious room was a pleasant surprise, providing us with plenty of space to unwind and relax during our romantic escape. the close proximity to the train station made it easy for us to explore the area without worrying about transportation.
the lack of information provided in the room regarding the hotel's services and the local area was a letdown. It would have been nice to have some guidance and recommendations readily available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were big, even for a standard room. The bathroom even had a spa bath! The location was great, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the train station. We also loved that it was close to the Century City restaurant strip, offering plenty of dining options.
